CASY and IBM Support Louisiana National Guard
During the first week of August, CASY & IBM brought their i2 Analyst’s Notebook training to Louisiana to train twenty National Guard members free of charge.
The Adjutant General for the Louisiana National Guard Major General Glenn H. Curtis, Baton Rouge Mayor-President Kip Holden, Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs Joey Strickland, and Congressman Garret Graves of the 6th Congressional District attended a proclamation and media event to recognize the great opportunity for LA National Guard members.
After the one-week course, all participants passed their certification exam. Participants will receive additional employment resources and assistance while preparing to interview with various companies for Data Analyst positions.
