Reverend Cee Cee :
This past weekend , I lost a loved one . I made the tough decision to end the misery of my dog . She was suffering from heart disease and seizures . I picked her up and she was struggling to breathe and was not able to eat or drink .
Sunday , we went to church . The worship leader started shouting and the entire church erupted in praise . My daughter and my husband were dancing . I realized , there are some things that I cannot change .
I had to acknowledge it , but I could not ‘ live ’ in that moment of sadness . I had to push past the pain .
Freedom is what you give yourself . It isn ’ t what someone else gives you .
MORE Magazine : What is ahead for you in 2017 ?
Reverend Cee Cee :
In 2017 I am releasing my book ‘ Preserved for a Purpose ’. The book gives intimate details of my life . people look at me , and think that I have it all together . But there was a cost . There was a lot to get through in order to get to this point .
