Thaw strawberries, slice and mix with 1 cup of sugar until dissolved . Cut angel food cake into small pieces . Place 13 / of the cake into a bowl. A glass bowl will make a great presentation . Add a layer of strawberries . Add a layer of whipped cream . Simply repeat steps 24 - until you reach the top . Garnish with strawberry syrup and strawberries. . Chill and serve.
