Student Financial Services would like to share with you some important tips regarding your student account:

Choose a refunding preference with BankMobile. Students have the choice of having refunds sent to their existing bank account, a paper check, or receiving a Vibe debit card.

It is important to get any waiver or exemption forms to us as soon as possible for verification and processing.

Put a monthly reminder on your calendar to check the balance due and any holds on your student account every month to ensure that you have done everything that you need to.

Pay on-line, don’t wait in line! Students have the option of paying with either an e-check or their credit/debit card on my.unt.edu. For credit/debit cards there is an additional 2.70% fee. Paying by e-check is fee free! Make sure to verify the correct routing and bank account information with your bank if you do not know what it is. There is a $25 service fee for all non-sufficient e-checks and paper checks.

Student Financial Services will communicate important information to you through your UNT email address.

If you are having financial difficulties, do not hesitate to reach out to the Student Money Management Center and Financial Aid Ofifce for assistance. The earlier in the semester you can do this, the more of an opportunity these offices have to help you.

Have a great semester and remember to finish money strong!
