Billie Hiser
Billie and her husband Gary have lived in Mohave
County for almost 40 years. They have both worked in
Real Estate related fields for the majority of that me.
Billie started in a Real Estate Appraisers office in 1993.
She is the owner and broker of Hiser & Co, is a
Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, and is registered with
the State as a Property Tax Agent. She is a Cer fied
Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) as provided by the
Distressed Property Ins tute and cer fied by NAR as
Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR). She has done
Disaster Inspec ons contracted through FEMA. She
runs a media publishing company, and holds federal
licensure as a gun manufacturer.
When she’s not working real estate, Billie is o en
found baking in the kitchen or playing outside with the
grandkids. Billie tries to keep up with poli cs without
ge ng too involved. Not one to keep her mouth shut,
Billie is not afraid to stand up for what’s right and fight
for it if necessary.
