Freddy Sanchez
Born in Ogden, Utah, Freddy Sanchez is a
Salvadoran American. He moved to Mohave
County in 1998. His career in Real Estate started
early as he watched his father buy and sell real
estate as an investor and started working with his
father on his construc on jobs at 16.
Freddy earned his Real Estate license at 20 years
old and already has several rentals of his own. He
is proficient with buyers and sellers, always there
to help his clients achieve their goals. Freddy is
one of the most experienced agents around when
it comes to HUD proper es. He graciously helps
other agents get through the process.
An avid outdoorsman, Freddy enjoys being
outside. Regardless if its hot or cold, be it hiking,
swimming, or at the park playing basketball.
Freddy also holds licensure as a Cer fied Nursing
Assistant, Life Insurance Agent, and is a Notary.
When he finds the me, he’d like to restore classic
