GETTING TO KNOW YOU Getting to Know Warren Kennaugh What inspired you to start your business? What are your goals and values? I wanted to focus on an area of human high performance which I strongly believe in, at the time there was no organisation in the market who had the same approach so in a way my choice to start my own business was simple, not always an easy path but a fairly simple choice to make. My goals are to enable individuals and teams perform to their highest levels by understanding; their core default skills and strengths, their values and motives which drive their performance and what they’re likely to do under stress and pressure. What was the driving force behind your decision to specialise in this area of business? My desire to see people be the best that they can be, and my skills and interests strongly align with the areas of my business where I’m specialising. I have been fascinated for most of my life about how things work, why they work a certain way and how they are built. I use this inquisitive approach when working with individuals to unlock their potential What types of customers do you help? Yes having worked in IT, Bank & Finance, Insurance, PR, Government, Telcos, Retail What are the main reasons that someone would choose you to help grow/develop/ improve their business? To maximise their leadership impact in their relationships with key staff,
