CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.
All entrants are bound by the Conditions of Entry upon
submitting an Entry Form and agree to observe these
conditions.
All MG’s must be registered or on a permit and driven by a
licensed driver who complies with the provisions of the
Motor Vehicles Act 1959 as amended.
Payment of entry fees will determine entry number in strict
chronological sequence.
Entries close 7th August 2016.

All participants will observe the current road laws and all
speed limits over the route.
6. All participants shall conduct themselves in an orderly
manner.
7. Participants are subject to the directions and control, in all
things, of the organisers of the run and their agents.
8. The organiser of the run will be The MG Car Club of SA Inc.
9. The following indemnity must be signed by owners/
drivers of all vehicles participating in this event:
a) All entrants/ owners/ drivers and passengers enter
and participate in these runs solely at their own
risk,
b) The organisers of this event and their agents do
not admit liability for any loss or damage suffered
by or to any entrant, driver or passenger through
any circumstances,
c) In completing and signing this form I acknowledge
that I have read, understood and accept the
