Janine Hayward Martensville Messenger Submitted by Jesse Reis With the BN Metals 3 on 3 Fall hockey tournament all wrapped up and the MMHA season about to start, the Martensville Community Recreation Project would like to thank all the players and parents who contributed to make this event such a great success. For the last three weeks the atmosphere at the Martensville Sports Center was electric as friends and family cheered on 300 hockey players from ages 7-18. In total, 98 games of the best organized shinny was played in our great community. A thank you to all the volunteer coaches who worked with our kids and ensured that their love of hockey continues to grow. In addition, the MCRP would like to thank all of our coordinators who put in many hours ensuring that each division ran as smooth as possible.
