MFD Food Hampers Provide For Local Families Shanine Sealey , Martensville Messenger
The Martensville Fire Department , with help from local organizations , schools and individuals once again distributed food hampers to local families in need during the holiday season . A large group came together Tuesday , December 20th to assemble the hampers at the fire hall . The MFD has been organizing Christmas Hampers for needy families in Martensville for over 20 years .
If you would like to help local families in need of food items throughout the year , the Martensville Free Pantry accepts non-perishable food , hygiene items , baby items , gift cards , and more . Visit ‘ Martensville Free Pantry ’ on Facebook to learn more , or drop off donations in the free pantry located inside of the Martensville Civic Centre .
