Soulpower Fitness Gets Martensville Moving

Are you looking for a fun and motivating new way to work out ? Then SoulPower Fitness is just the place for you ! Officially open to the public in March of 2016 , SoulPower Fitness has grown in size and has since moved from Bravo Dance into its own building right next to Dahlia Salon and Spa . The gym offers a unique new method to get moving , which is together . Rochelle Wotherspoon , owner and operator of SoulPower Fitness , stated that “ I ’ m very passionate about fitness and community involvement . This is a great social way to get people motivated to work harder and have fun in a group .”
SoulPower Fitness offers a variety of different classes including group power , group core , group centergy , group ride , soul yoga , and is even introducing a few combo-classes to choose from . “ We encourage all levels of fitness , it really is for everyone ,” mentioned Wotherspoon . Classes are all drop-in-available ; movers can sign up on the MindBody app any time for any class .
Recently being introduced to SoulPower Fitness is the ‘ Biggest Mover ’ contest , set to start on the 30th of January . The event is open to anyone and everyone , and it is free to take part ! How it works : Contestants sign up via email ( soulpower @ sasktel . net ) to enter , and collect points based on the number of classes attended . Contestants earn one point per class attended . The contest will run up until March 26 , 2017 and winners shall receive weekly drawn door prizes , as well as a grand prize for both males and females . Local sponsors of this contest include WMW Homes , CK Overhead Doors , The Beach , Boehm ’ s Physiotherapy , Lindsay ’ s Epicure , JP Massage and Nourish Warman . The Grand Prize for the winner in the female category includes a makeover provided by Dahlia Salon & Spa , followed by a photo-shoot provided by Sherry ' s Photos . The Grand Prize for the winner of the male category is an iPad which is sponsored by SoulPower . Not only are these great prizes available for the winners of the ‘ Biggest Mover ’ contest , but the prize of confidence and good health is also achievable to those who are taking part . That is the best part about this contest , everybody wins ! “ The intention is to get more people in our community moving , it ' s a community group thing ,” stated Wotherspoon .
