Work with employers and the Developing Young Workforce Ayrshire regional group to increase the number of work experience opportunities available to students
Evolve and promote employability and pre-employment programmes as a valuable route to apprenticeships , College courses and jobs
Continuously improve provision to match employer expectations
Increase the number of training courses offered with a direct link to job opportunities through programmes like the Employability Fund
Strengthen links with external partners and other training providers to support the Scottish Government ’ s strategic skills pipeline
