With this project students learned all kinds of mushrooms,
recognize them and distinguish edible from poisonous. They knew
the role of mushrooms in nature, recycling and learned about the
nutritional value of mushrooms. They wrote food recipes with
mushrooms, cooked to order, did painting and crafts on the
