Rule of Thumb:
1. Eat a clean breakfast such as oatmeal, bananas and
smoothies.
3. If you know you have an event or outing, eat a healthy, clean
lunch.

are not thinking about large meals.
4. Add in a “buffer zone” for potential time that you know you
will eat less clean.
5. Reduce portions of the bad stuff (fatty foods). Increase
