The resurrection of
the much beloved
Claremont in Berkeley
was very much a labor
of love.
Trousdale Estate
Successful design
concepts of lasting
integrity and
exceptional impact
must always begin and
end with people in
mind.
In the initial discussions
contemplating the
creation of the new
lobby and food and
beverage offerings at
the Claremont Hotel
and Spa in Berkeley,
it was determined
that this become a
destination onto itself.
It was our responsibility
to develop an interior
experience that added
dimension to life within
the community.
Hence the notable Dominque Crenn
was brought in to create the menu and
ultimately set the tone for Antoinette.
It was a critical path endeavor by Kirk
Nix & KNA Design to weave her
signature into the classic interiors and
denote an undeniable complement to
Solaire Resort & Casino Manila
the attached hotel’s recently renovated
Lobby and Lobby Lounge.
there is no better joy than to return
home to family and friends.
Where is your happy place, and how
do you see it?
The importance of the nest is
something ingrained in me from many
years in my home state of Alabama.
