Roseline and Kwame first met in Ghana briefly but did not have any acontact with each other until they met
again at an event in New Jersey, USA. Elated by the divine second chance of meeting his crush, Fred stepped up
his game in hopes of winning Roseline’s heart. It worked!
Although Roseline avoided him a couple of times, his persistence led to them becoming good friends and as time
went on the best of friends. They began to see in each other what they desired in a lifetime partner: a beautiful
spirit, God fearing and compassionate to others.
THE PROPOSAL
Best day ever!!! Kwame’s proposal was such a wonderful surprise. That night I was at work whilst most of our
friends were at a restaurant for a gathering “supposed” to be Konan’s birthday. I promised them I would be there
when I closed from work. Kwame kept calling me because I was running late. Little did I know what he had up
his sleeve. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we all enjoyed our meals and talked about different things i can’t remember. Kwame suddenly asked for everyone’s attention and i though to myself “what is he doing?” Because we
had already discussed marriage, he asked his friends around the table to each give us some advice, that was cute!
As they did one after the other, the restaurant manager walked in with about 5 waiters holding plates turned
away. He asked if I could read for him (PS: In my head everything happened so fast amidst me being confused
and shaky at the same time lol)
When the waiters turned the plates i read the words “WILL YOU MARRY ME”. I had the shock of my life with
the most beautiful ring which exceeded my expectation placed in the cheesecake i had previously ordered for
desert, I couldn’t hlp but shed some tears. Kwame has brought sooo much joy into my life. I run into his arms
and he whispered into my ears how much he loves me. He went down on one knee and popped the question. I
will never forget the look in his eyes and the smile he gave me when he asked me to spend the rest of my life with
him. And of course I said yes!!!!! I can’t help it but smile whenever i reminisce that day, God is good!!!!!
