The FEC line, (Fast Eddy’s by Cookshack) has been popular with competitive teams for years. While most FEC models have a utilitarian appearance, the beautifully crafted stainless steel PG1000 fits right in with your shiny outdoor kitchen. Most pellet smokers are wood burning ovens, great for ribs, turkey, brisket and butts, not so great for grilling steaks and burgers.
