Few women continue to entertain and inspire as Frida Kahlo. I adore her – and

by Susana Martinez Vidal (editor at Elle Spain for sixteen years), the book is a treasure
trove tribute to the avant garde globetrotter ahead of her time, a stunning depiction of
how Kahlo’s iconic art, sense of style and bold beauty heavily influenced fashion during

It’s hard to believe that this month marks my one-year checkup at MD Anderson.
Cancer sucks in all its incarnations. Long story short, I had appendicitis which turned
out to be appendix cancer a little over a year ago – so, yes, FUCK CANCER. But
I LOVE how many organizations care so much about something we know so little
