Ingredients (A):
1 medium tomato
*Less than 1 drop Oregano essential oil
*Less than 1 drop Basil essential oil
*Mix in essential oils by using a toothpick until you reach the desired flavor.
Ingredients (B):
1 medium tomato
10 cherry tomatoes
½ – ¼ fresh red paprika
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt or sea salt
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1-2 pieces dried tomatoes (not the ones marinated in oil and salt, just simply
sundried)
½ teaspoon of mixture (A)
Pasta Ingredients
Zucchinis of your choice of color
Directions:
1. Prepare the pasta by using a veggie spiral slicer.
2. Blend (A) in a high speed blender very well. Set aside.
3. Blend all of (B) in a high speed blender until creamy, and add ½ teaspoon of
(A) and blend again.
4. Pour sauce over the pasta.
Ingredients:
235 g pitted dates
470 g shredded coconut
1 teaspoon or tablespoon raw maca powder (optional)
Pinch of salt
1 drop dōTERRA Cinnamon Bark or Wild Orange essential oil or both
Directions:
1. Grind all ingredients in a high speed food processor until it turns into dough.
2. Roll between the palms of your hands into a small ball shape.
tip If you like chocolate, add 1-2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder, or as much as you like, and a
drop of dōTERRA Peppermint essential oil instead of Cinnamon.

Ingredients:
235 g raw walnuts
3-5 pitted dates
1 ½ tablespoons raw cocoa powder or to your liking
1 drop dōTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions:
1. Soak raw walnuts in water overnight.
2. Rinse several times, or until water becomes clear.
3. Grind ingredients in high speed processor until it turns into a dough.
4. Shape it as you like and put in the fridge until chilled.
