Our Oil Tips:
• Use Lime and Ginger in water
for a lovely refreshing drink. In a
litre bottle, I put 3 drops of Lime
and one drop of Ginger. I love to
put a couple of drops of Lemon
into hummus and also date balls.
• When using the Deep Blue Rub
after heavy lifting or a good
workout, I apply it every twenty
minutes for about 3 hours to
feel the best effects. One to two
drops of Deep Blue oil applied
topically onto the abdominal area
really helps with any stomach
upset.
• When it comes to ear discomfort, I have found it much more
effective to put the oil directly
onto a bud of cotton wool and
then insert this into the ear. I like
to use Lavender and Melaleuca
but have used Basil too.
• To support healthy immune
function, I alternate between
taking one drop of Oregano in a
glass of water and the dōTERRA
On Guard+ Softgels every two
hours.
• My favourite ‘pick me up’ is to
put one drop of Wild Orange on
the palm of one hand and then
one drop of Peppermint on the
other, rub the hands together and
then gently massage the back
of the neck. After this, I cup my
hands and close my eyes and
inhale.
