Construction underway on Clima Uno ’ s new factory in Dubai Investment Park
Clima Uno , a renowned brand of air handling units and fan coil units , held a ground breaking ceremony to mark the start of the construction of its new purpose-built facility in Dubai Investment Park .
Spanning over 100,000 sq . ft ., the new factory will manufacture air handling units , fan coil units , energy recovery ventilators and ecology units of European grade to cater to the needs of local and regional HVAC contractors .
The opening of this new facility is expected to increase the company ’ s production capacity by four times . The project can accommodate a future expansion across an additional 100,000 square feet , if required , and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017 .
