Prompted by a concern for the safety and wellbeing of staff who work alone after hours and on weekends , Queensland not-forprofit Ozcare has partnered with Tunstall Healthcare to improve employee security .
Implemented in April for all Ozcare remote workers across Queensland , the myCareTrack app aims to increase confidence for staff when working alone . Ozcare care assistant Jessica Brinton has been using the myCareTrack app since its introduction and said she was impressed with the increased confidence she felt when working alone .
