this is the qualification for you.

Are you are working in a healthcare setting as
Healthcare assistant, usually from a role where
you’ve been supervised, if so this qualification
would be an excellent addition to your
professional Development.

in Health & Social Care
If you’re a care worker and would like to improve
your prospects, and you have some responsibility
in your workplace, this course is perfect. Or if you
sometimes work without supervision and want
to develop or demonstrate your skills, perhaps to
become a senior care worker.

in Leadership for Health & Social Care
If you already work in health and social care,
assistant or deputy managers or managers who
have not yet achieved a vocational qualification
at this level, this would be an excellent course for
you.

The Level 3 will suit you if you are working in
a healthcare setting as Healthcare assistant or
Phlebotomist and have a great deal of technical
skills and knowledge. You may work with
minimum supervision and have a good record of
safety, fault correction and ensuring that work
meets the required standard.
