ISD 622 assumes no responsibility for
injuries received during ac vi es. Any
changes in par cipant’s ac vity level
should be done under approval and

the right to cancel classes due to
lack of enrollment or in the event
of emergencies. The op on to
transfer to another class will be
given or a refund/credit will be
issued. Cancella on requests must
be made one week prior to the start
of the class or by the registra on
deadline indicated. No refunds will
be given a er a class has started.
A processing fee per class will be
deducted from your refund. Class
supplies or ckets that have been
purchased or commi ed to are nonrefundable regardless of cancella on
date. Refunds/credits cannot be
given for forgo en classes - please
remind your child about class dates.
Trips and tours have specific refund
policies listed with the descrip on or
i nerary. No refunds will be issued
a er the specified date.
Closings Due to Weather
Classes are not held when school
is closed due to weather. In case of
bad weather, tune in to local radio/
television sta ons, or check the
district’s website at www.isd622.org
for the most current updates.
Youth Drop-off/Pick-up
Parents/guardians must sign children
in and out for non-school day
programs. For a er school classes,
please indicate on the registra on
form what your child will do a er
class, and who is authorized to pick
them up.
Emergency
Program staff will take whatever
emergency measures are judged
necessary for the care and
protec on of the par cipant while
under their supervision. In case of
an emergency, the par cipant will
be transported to an appropriate
medical facility by the local
emergency unit for treatment, if the
local emergency resources deem it
necessary. It is understood that in
some medical situa ons the staff
will need to contact local emergency
resources before the parent/
guardian or emergency contact is
no fied. Any expenses incurred
will be the responsibility of the
par cipant/par cipant’s family.
UCare
UCare members may be eligible
for a $15 discount on most Adult
Program classes. If a class is less than
$15, you may take the class free of
charge, but you must register. UCare
for Seniors members are limited to
one $15 discount per calendar year.
Members must be on UCare at the
me of registra on, and through
the dura on of the class(es). Include
UCare ID number when registering.
Not available for online registra on.
