Nordic Pole Walking

Already walking for exercise and
enjoyment? Take a simple walk
and turn it into a full body workout
without feeling like you are working
any harder! Increase your heart rate,
burn more calories, strengthen your
upper body and create resistance
to build better bone density. Poles
are provided for use. Receive
information on where to purchase
poles of your own for future walks.

age or ability can participate.
