As a rock star dressed in leather, Eric Jean's Freightliner XL Classic ( L . Jean Transport ) have the rebel look, with it's 270" wheelbase and the 72" flat top sleeper . All dressed in black and chrome .
Under the hood, our friend that we call " Pauvreté " ( the poor man ) have enough power with a C-15 of 550 hp and his '' Pittsburgh-Power '' ... To go " up-hill racing " on the race tracks of the numerous truck shows in the province of Quebec .
Bought brand-new in 2005, Pauvreté's Freightliner had a lot of modifications done, before it hits the road : The front fenders
got shaved, some 7" sealed beams were mounted on the J brackets each sides of the custom grill , we, also notice the 20" bumper, the 34" quater-fenders ,the sunvisor, the long chromed 8'' stacks that contrast on the shiny black paint .
It's when we open the door to go inside, that we understand, why Pauvreté drives his truck with sunglasses ... The impressive quantity of chrome parts, make all the beauty of the hardwood floor, comes out . Not to mention all the other natural wood parts . An excellent mix of original ideas , like to have installed the steering wheel up side down , or the two roadranger air valves on the shifter , and, of course, the powerful 1200 watts sound system/ home
theater .
