BROADWAY dryhopchicago.com 773.857.3155 The folks at DryHop Brewers brew hop-centric ales, in addition to traditional, Belgian, and experimental craft beers to be served in 32 oz. cans and 64 oz. growlers – all only available at the brewery in Lakeview East. The kitchen showcases the artisanal, neighborhood attitude of the brewery through classic and flavorful fare. Each dish is driven by their craft beer and designed to showcase the flavors and seasonality of the brewery. At the end of 2015, the owners of DryHop Brewers opened a second location called Corridor Brewery and Provisions. Join them at DryHop for beautiful al fresco dining on Broadway! Burger & Beer Flight About the owner: GREG SHUFF A homebrewer since his college years, DryHop’s proprietor, Greg Shuff, carefully planned and executed the DryHop vision for over three years up until the brewpub’s opening on June 13, 2013. From his education at Chicago’s Siebel Institute and the Doemens Academy in Munich, to a brewing career that has taken him to Schlafly in St. Louis and a nanobrewery in Indianapolis, Greg’s never stopped learning and honing his craft. And he’s never stopped working alongside brewers and chefs. Since then, he’s traveled throughout Europe, including Germany, Belgium, France, Austria and Prague, collecting native beer and food knowledge to bring back home to DryHop Brewers and Corridor Brewery and Provisions.
