The Junior Savers Club is designed for children and young adults under the age of 22 . At account opening , child ( ren ) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and present a valid social security number ( s ). A maintenance fee of $ 10.00 will be imposed every calendar quarter if the balance in the account falls below $ 200.00 any day of the calendar quarter once the Junior Saver has reached the age of 22 . Transaction limitations will apply . Fees may reduce earnings .
