FAVORITE SUBJECT AT SCHOOL?Creative writing. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO IN THE SUMMER?
Every year I go to a summer camp called Root Farm in Sebastopol, CA. I get to spend a week learning about organic
farming and taking care of rescued horses and chickens and milking a cute little goat named Luna. We make homemade applesauce from the fallen Gravenstein apples and also learn about organic gardening and beekeeping. Last
summer we even wrote, directed and performed our own play! ANY GREAT TIPS YOU CAN GIVE YOUNGER KIDS
THAT ARE MOVING UP INTO YOUR GRADE? My advice for kids coming into second grade would be to smile and
have fun! I was really nervous about starting a new grade and it has ended up being the best year ever! I would tell
kids to listen to their teacher, always try their best and to never be a bully. Our class motto at my school is “treat others how you want to be treated” and those are words I live by at home and at school.
