At 2:00 p . m ., “ Sell Your Book in Your P . J . s ”, a free , online marketing 101 workshop will be held . The day concludes with a “ Dining with the Authors ” event . At 5:00 p . m ., a cocktail hour in the General ’ s Restaurant is followed by a buffet dinner , two presentations , and book signings in the Ballroom at 6:00 p . m . The opening speaker , Geralyn Hesslau Magrady , is 2016 ’ s Soon-to-Be Famous Illinois Author , an honor given by the Illinois Library Association .
