The Dubuque County Fairgrounds will be hosting its annual Blue Ribbon Banquet , featuring Jim Wand . A social begins at 6:00 p . m . with a prime rib dinner will be served at 7:00 p . m . and show at 8:00 p . m . Tickets are $ 50 per person and include dinner the show and complimentary tap beer and soda . Rail drinks , wine , and bottled beer will be offered at $ 1 each .
