LAST YEAR, WE LAUNCHED TWO NEW COMMUNITY
EVENTS: THE CAAAR! 3 ON 3 ROAD HOCKEY
TOURNAMENT AND THE FALL PARTY. THESE TWO NEW
EVENTS WERE DESIGNED TO ENGAGE BOTH NEW AND
EXISTING DONORS IN NEW AND UNIQUE WAYS.

The CAAAR! tournament took place in June at Burlington
Mall, as we welcomed current and former NHL players
Doug Gilmour, Dale Hawerchuk, Gary Leeman, Carlo
Coliacovo, Josh Jooris and special guest Michael ‘Pinball’
Clemons. It was a terrific day of family fun, great ball
hockey and all in support of a great cause.
For our Fall Party, Nashville came North for our High
Falutin’ Hoedown hosted by Mercedes-Benz Burlington.
Guests had a toe-tapping time complete with line
dancing, country fair games and delicious BBQ.
