12 minutes, and then lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Continue baking for another 50-60 minutes or until the top is a nice golden brown. When you remove the cheesecake from the oven it may look to have risen too much, but please do not worry. As the cake cools it will lower nicely. Set the cheesecake on a cooling rack. Topping: Mix the Greek yogurt and Swerve together. Once the cheesecake has cooled, spread the topping evenly on top. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours. Add the berries and reddi whip on top. Share with your families, friends, or a stranger in need. As you enjoy the sweet taste of this cheesecake, I’d like to challenge you to read Proverbs 16:24 (ESV) which says, “Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” Kind words that we speak to ourselves and to each other have great power. The word of God equates gracious words as having healing power for our hearts and bodies! As a certified holistic nutritionist I believe 110% in the healing power of the plants that God has made for us to enjoy on the earth. As a fiery, Italian wife and friend, I also believe 110% in the power of our words. There have been more times than I would like to admit, that I have used my words to tear down and to destroy. If pleasant words have the power to heal, than harsh words have the power to kill. As I have grown as a daughter of Christ, I have learned to begin to change how I talk. This principle has transformed my life and my relationships. I pray this verse encourages you to consider the power of what flies off the tip of your tongue. Just as the maple syrup flavors the crust of this cheesecake to perfection, gracious speech flavors our relationship with strength and unity. I hope you enjoy it all.
