Cheesecake!
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
- 1 cup of brown rice flour plus 2
tbsp.
-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
-1/4 tsp. baking soda plus another
1/8 tsp. baking soda
-1/4 tsp. salt plus another 1/8 tsp.
salt
-2 - 3 tbsp. of Swerve
- 2 packets of Stevia
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-2 tbsp. of raw agave nectar or
organic pure maple syrup
-1/4 cup of organic, unrefined,
cold-pressed coconut oil
-2 tbsp. water

Filling:
-4 (8 oz.) Packages of softened,
organic cream cheese
-1 ΒΌ cups of Swerve
-1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
-2 tbsp. vanilla extract
-5 large eggs
Topping:
-1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
-2 tablespoons of Swerve or Stevia
-fresh blueberries and strawberries
to garnish (optional)
-reddi wip/cool whip to garnish
