Rodenstock, Germany's leading

and frames, will hand over its
Canadian business to Plastic Plus
Ltd., Canada's leading Optical Lab
and Lens Supplier.
Effective January 1st, 2015, Plastic
Plus will act as exclusive production
and distribution partner of the
German based Rodenstock Group
and will serve the Canadian
market through a central production lab in Toronto. “We are pleased
to have found a reliable and
experienced business partner in
Canada, who will market our superior product portfolio and deliver
excellent services to our clients,”

OPENS CANADIAN
SHOWROOM
Luxottica is increasing its
physical presence in Canada
with the opening of a new
showroom in Toronto.
Located at First Canadian Place
in the heart of financial district,
the new showroom will provide
an opportunity for retailers and
other partners to stay current on
the latest offerings from the
eyewear company.
“This is a milestone in the
building of the Luxottica brand
in Canada,” said Ludo Ladryet,
VP of Sales and Marketing for
Luxottica Wholesale Canada.
“The Canadian offers a huge
opportunity for the luxury and
premium eyewear market.”
He added the showroom
demonstrates the company's
commitment to its Canadian
consumers.
Ladreyt said the location
not only offers a connection to
Canada but a magnificent
location to showcase the latest
styles from the company.
Situated at on the 58th floor,
the location offers breathtaking
views of the city.
“This will be a place where
people who play an important
role in the company such as
training staff and leaders will
operate,” he said, adding three
times a year the venue will be
opened up to share the latest
collections three to five months
in advance giving plenty of
opportunity to pre-order.
