SAAA Summer League A summer league swim team that is perfect for beginner or advanced lesson swimmers . The league is based around fun and learning how to compete in the sport of swimming . There is a high focus on technique and stroke mastery . Signup at the Health & Wellness Desk or on the pool deck . Session 1 : Early sign up April 12 , 13 & 14 , 3:50 - 4:30 pm April 15 Start , Saturdays only Session 2 : May 10 , 11 & 12 , 4 – 6 pm May 15 Start 5 – 8 years of Age , $ 187 / 125 members 9 – 18 years of age , $ 187 / 170 members USA swimmers $ 75
Infant Swimming Resource ( ISR ) Self-Rescue ™ Lessons With more than 40 years of research and development behind ISR ’ s Self-Rescue™ program , ISR teaches each child survival skills in conjunction with basic swimming lessons that give them the competence required to safely enjoy the water . This course is four – six weeks , scheduled fivedays per week , Monday through Friday , for 10 minutes each day . With a focus on safe , customized , one-on-one lessons by certified Instructors , ISR ’ s survival swimming lessons emphasize health , ongoing program evaluations , and parent education to deliver the most effective and safest results in the industry . Children may begin lessons at 6 months of age until 6 years of age .

J-Rays Swim School The J ’ s new swim school is a fun and comprehensive learn-to-swim-program that uses constructive play to teach young swimmers how to float and perfect swimming strokes . J-Rays Swim School is for ages 36 months and up . Classes are 30 minutes each and are offered throughout the week and weekend . There is a $ 25 one-time registration fee for members and non-members . Basic track : One time per week Fast track : Two times per week $ 15 per class , 4 month block minimum
Level 1 / Jellyfish ( Ages 3 – 4 ) -Primary Goal : No crying and building trust Level 2 / Juice Weasel ( Ages 5 – 6 ) -Primary Goal : Put face in the water and swim with assistance Level 3 / Sea Monkeys ( Ages 7 +) -Primary Goal : To swim and roll on back / float and roll back over and swim again 25 feet Level 4 / Safe Turtles-Primary Goal : Swim elementary freestyle and backstroke the length of pool Level 5 / Great Bull Frogs- Primary Goal : Gain endurance and form . Perfect front and back swims at distance 50 yards with rest Level 6 / Wise Dolphins- Primary Goal : Perfection of Free , Back and Breast Strokes Level 7 / Stingrays in Training- Primary Goal : Can swim 100 meters legally within USA swimming rules and learns sportsmanship
