Face 90 degrees from your target. The opposite foot to your throwing arm should also point towards your target. 4) Keep your eyes on your target. 5) Bring the ball up level with your ear. You can use your other arm to help you balance. 6) Bring your throwing arm back and then swing it forward in a round arc. Let your fingertips release the ball halfway through the circle. Your hips should rotate during this motion. Your throwing hand should continue towards the opposite hip with your palm facing away from you. Once perfected, the ball will come out of your hand spiraling. 21
