HOW TO PLAY – STARTING YOUR GAME
Aim of the game: Move the ball down the field to get the ball into
the opposition’s end zone to score a touchdown and earn A point.
1)
Mark out your field of
play so you have a rectangle
area with two ‘end zones’
(ie. using jumpers to
mark the end zone line).
2)
Get roughly the
same amount of
players into two
teams - anything
from 2 vs 2 up
to 11 vs. 11 and
beyond.

3)
The team starting
without the ball is the
DEFENSE. The defense
will need to stop the
offense from scoring.
4)
One team starts
as the OFFENSE.
They have the ball
and need to try
to get it upfield
to score a
touchdown.
