Alert Today, Alive
Tomorrow
Teen Talk
Honor Rows, presented by
“Alert Today, Alive Tomorrow,” is a nationally recognized program that uses
seats at Jaguars home
games as incentives for
youth to set and achieve
ambitious but realistic
goals in the areas of academic improvement, personal behavior, physical
fitness, and community
service. Honor Rows youth
also pledge to remain free
from illegal drugs, alcohol
and tobacco. The Jaguars
Foundation partners with
40 Jacksonville- area
nonprofits to provide more
than 5,000 children with a
game day experience each
season. Approximately
55,000 kids have participated in Honor Rows since
1995.
“Alert Today, Alive Tomorrow” is a campaign
in conjunction with the
Florida Department of
Transportation that is a
pedestrian and bicycle
safety initiative.
“Jags Teen Talk ... Game
Plan For Success” is an
initiative of the Jaguars
Foundation, Beaver Street
Fisheries and the Jacksonville media to communicate to teens positive
pathways to be successful
in life. This Emmy Award
winning program is in its
16th year of production.
The television show addresses the many aspects
of teen development
and promotes a positive
approach to the challenges they face growing up
in today’s society. This
year’s show goes behind
the scenes to get personal
insight form Head Coach
Gus Bradley, members of
the ROAR, and Jaguars
players, Michael Bennett
and show host Carson
Tinker.
Through an unprecedented
16 year partnership with
Jacksonville media, the
“Jags Teen Talk ... Game
Plan For Success” will
air on all local network
affiliates, including WJCT
7 (PBS), WJXT 4, WCWJ 17
(CW), WTLV 12/WJXX 25
(NBC), WFOX-TV 30/WJAX-TV
47, and will be available
on XFINITY On Demand,
search Jags Teen Talk on
your remote. This year’s
show was produced by
WJCT, Public Television’s
local affiliate, and the
Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation. Other media partners include The Florida
