As the Director of Player Engagement and
Youth Football for the Jacksonville Jaguars,
I have a responsibility to our pros and our
youth to make a positive impact on their
professional and personal growth as well as
on their future.
Our youth are at a critical age
where their surroundings are
molding their values and their
culture. Whether they have
positive or negative role
models in their life can make a
significant difference on their
overall development.
