Brandon Kovshoff Cruise Director of Carnival Elation
Brandon Khovshoff, is the cruise director for Carnival Elation and what a great cruise director he is! First, let's talk about Carnival Cruises. Carnival is located in most large ports throughout the world. It is an amazing getaway packed absolutely full of incredible family moments… with plenty of do-your-own-thing options for the whole family. There is endless amount of food and the crew is exceptional. Budget wise, one can find cruises starting at $269 on up- a great value for a family vacation. My family adores the many activities.
However, the Carnival Elation sails from New Orleans, Louisiana, so if you get a moment to spend sometime in New Orleans and depart from there, you will find out that the ship continues many of the Lousiana tenets. FUN, FUN, FUN!
Now meet Brandon Kovshoff, he is the most amazing Cruise Director ever. He is in tune with his coworkers, guests, and is the life of the cruise ship party.
Brandon entertains the 6 month old guests to the 82 year old guest with zest and respect.
Before cruise directing, Brandon a native Canadian took his first cruise as a junior in college. At that very moment, he knew his calling was entertaining on a cruise line. He wanted to provide cruisers with fun activities for all ages with a flare and a different feel that was not offered at that time.
His initial cruise line job in 2005 was with Carnival Glory out of Florida. He taught aqua aerobics to 80 year olds for 48 days straight and he would bartend. In his freetime on the ship, he would hangout with the rest of the crew to learn more about personalities and cultures of others. As you can tell Brandon is very sociable. He has mastered the art of meeting and greeting everyone. His parents instilled in him the need for caring for others.
There are times in our lives when we are able to encounter individuals that are called to do a certain job, Brandon is the one. He prides himself on customer satisfaction it is almost like it is inately instilled to provide the best possible customer care and entertainment. As I continued to be intrigued with Brandon, a customer Memori Smith of Milan Tenessesse walked up to him to talk about the ship and the atmosphere. Quite naturally, being a people person Brandon stopped to speak with Mrs. Smith in quite detail. Details that involved ship prepartaion , quarters, employees etc, quite naturally Brandon was in tuned and was quite receptive of Mrs Smith as we would expect from the greatest cruise director on the Carnival fleet.
