Speed: We’re looking at North Carolina. JP: With REVELUS? Speed: Yes. We may be going out to Michigan right after that show to THE FOUNDRY. Our buddy JB BACHTEL, good friend of ours, he wants us to come out and do that festival they’re doing out there. We’re like, “Can we bring Revelus with us?” He said we’ll see what we can work out…so if that’s the case, we’re not gonna be home for a while. After that, we’ll try to do something in Baltimore or Hagerstown or in that western Maryland area. JP: We hear that live Rock music is dead. I go to Rock on the Range every year and there are at least 35,000 people showing me that is not the case. Why should people come out and spend their hard earned dollar to see SilverTung? Speed: They don’t have to. They CHOOSE to. Nobody has to. Believe me, we appreciate everybody that does. If you’re looking for a musical or showman’s standpoint, we don’t just stand there like a bunch of jerks. We don’t think just because you’ve spent money you just should feel good about seeing us. No, WE ARE GLAD TO SEE YOU GUYS. We’re gonna give you a show where you go Holy Sh**! Skoot: It doesn’t matter if you paid a $10 cover at a club or it’s a show where we are opening for GODSMACK--you are gonna get the same show. JP: You guys have played some big shows as a band. Rock Star Energy Drink’s “Mayhem Festival” years in a row, Welcome to Rockville this year…do you have a memory that sticks out? Skoot: SHINEDOWN. Speed: Shinedown. We did four shows on “The Uproar Festival”. Danno: “Uproar Tour” was my favorite tour. Skoot: When you go to a show like that, there are people that have already earned it and there are those that are coming up. JP: DAVID SNOWDEN of SNOWDEN PRODUCTIONS has had a lot of success with a pretty famous band. Speed: He had a lot of success with a lot of famous bands. JP: Lots of Gold records there? Speed: Yeah, lots of Gold records; lots of Platinum records. It’s pretty amazing. As humble as the guy is, you walk down his hallway and it’s like Gold and Platinum records up and down the hallway. When you walk in his office, it’s like there’s no wall. JP: With him providing his expertise to SilverTung--and I know his wife had something to do with that, right?
