SCAR FOR LIFE is Hard Rock band from Lisbon in Portugal, formed in 2008. In 2013, ROB MANCINI
(HOTWIRE, CRUSH) joined SCAR FOR LIFE as their new lead vocalist. Their fourth album, entitled “Worlds
Entwined”, was launched on August 29th of this year. It is featuring a number of special guests--such as
VINNIE APPICE (BLACK SABBATH, DIO), NEIL FRASER (TEN, RAGE OF ANGELS), MICHAEL CARLSSON
(LOVER UNDER COVER) and ANNE VICTORINO D’ALMEIDA. The album was mixed and mastered by Swedish
producer MARIN KRONLUND at JM RECORDING STUDIO, Sweden.
The first track “Thirteen Revolution’’ is great opener with heavy guitar riffs reminiscent of BLACK SABBATH,
combined with melodic vocals and a blistering guitar solo! The essence of Hard Rock presented in the track
“Fire and Flame”, and the titled track “Worlds Entwined”, builds the mood with the use of the vocals buoyed
by scorching guitar work. “Because I Can” has a powerful sound resonating from the driving drums and
searing guitars.
