way, the start of how to explore your own feeling about things. Avoidance of our feelings with food, drink, and every distraction that we commonly use from running to smoking, will keep us in the same place stagnant place without ever getting close to what concerns us. When we could learn to express and to be the greatest expression and representation of ourselves in this lifetime. If that’s too big a challenge then know this, that I have spoken to many Raw food enthusiasts who like me looked at Raw food as the next fix for health, body image concerns, weight loss and youthful looks, However we all declared that until we started to look and feel our emotions and feelings, the weight or results we desired never really started to happen. It is well known that Raw food and detoxing will open you up to your moods, however I have yet to read, or to meet someone who is prepared to teach us how to come to terms with our feelings and emotions, when we have committed to eating more raw food and keeping a cleaner diet. I am here to do just that, from what I have experienced and learnt, from what I have read and myself done the work books and have now helped many, many clients on the road to face their feelings and emotions. I have experienced their wild and creative sides as well as their anger and frustrations, and I have helped them create foundations that they can build on for themselves. This is nothing airy fairy but down to earth sensible, practicle and certainly very worth while. Practicle: Maria: came to me seeing herself as fat and ugly and really loathing her body, she declared that she wanted to try a detox and then needed a food list to eat to help her look better. She was gorgeous to me, But to her all she saw was fat, ugly and tired. She declared that she is ashamed of what she has become. Embarrassed to be seen and living in fear of judgment. No one is as cruel as you on the way you look. Our body image issues are the greatest pain we can inflict on ourselves. I explained that it has nothing to do with nutrition or what she eats, but her own view of her self which was an internal dialog. At that point she understood and with her permission I would guide her on a journey. I did some practical coaching work with her for a time to really hear her concerns and fears and the words she used about herself, so that I could focus in on the real issue here. We agreed that she had used the word ashamed several times ( as well as other words but we chose one word and feeling ) and we started to work on what she had to be ashamed of? I repeated the same question several times to get her into the feeling we desired. Then we began to feel where the feeling of being ashamed was held in the body and dipped in and out of that a few times, with specific coaching and guidance techniques. Eventually with some unique attention to the feeling of being ashamed, she was able to let go of the feeling, and was able to watch it be taken away. Since she had alreally felt it and experienced its full power over her in its fullest intensity. The space where it had been in the body was now a space that needed some TLC and attention, no longer needing to be filled with food or any other form of false fulfillment that was previously the case. This is a common theme and one that has immediate effects, She continued to have sessions with me as one feeling being released makes it easier to uncover other areas that need attention and now she is happily accepting her body and relaxed in company. She has even lost a few pounds which has made a lot of difference to her confidence.
