Flawless - Kieron and Elisa,
May 2011
“I cannot praise Sardinia Yoga
highly enough. The organisation,
instruction, venue and small
group practice was flawless. The
hotel was beautifully situated
and early morning yoga by the
sea under a clear blue sky set
everybody up for days filled with
swimming, snorkelling and running - or doing nothing at all.
Having the choice of chilling by
a crystal clear pool, shooting the
breeze with like-minded people
or exploring the island on our
own made for a fabulous holiday.
Would we do it again? Heck, yes!
Where do we sign?”
almost always (95%) are on their
first such holiday so perhaps
a fabulous way to introduce
yourself to yoga without the
stress of feeling that you are
the newbie, that said, many
visit time and time again across
both the locations as they just
love the relaxed approach.
People travel from all over the
world to visit these locations,
50% solo, 30% friends, 20%
couples. 70% UK, 25% rest of
Europe (Ireland, Germany,

Italy, France) and 5% rest of
world (USA, Canada, South
Africa) So you can be sure to
meet some wonderful people,
and new friends, too!
With
both
locations
you
are spoilt when it comes to
additional activities, that is if
you do not want to just lay in the
sun, read a book, sip a cocktail
and unwind that is! Depending
