Recipes:
Orange Matcha Smoothie
Juice 5 organic oranges and blend with 1 tsp quality Matcha,
green tea powder.
For extra creaminess add a 1 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds, which
are a very good source of plant protein and will give you an
extra energy boost.
Spring Green Salad with Avocado-Spirulina-Dressing
Explore your nearest farmers market and pick a variety of spring
vegetables and greens you like. For example, baby spinach,
curly lettuce, cucumber and asparagus.
Wash and cut in bite size pieces. Toss with lemon juice and set
aside.
If there are tomatoes in season where you live you can add them
aswell;)
For the sauce you’ll need:
1-2 ripe avocado
1/4 onion
Little piece of ginger and tumeric
1 tbsp Nama Shoyu (soja sauce)
1 tsp Spirulina powder
1 lemon, juice of
1 tsp: of honey or agave
Pinch of Canyenne pepper to taste
Mix all ingredinets in a food processor and mix with the greens.
