The counterweight and fuel tank have been integrated , increasing fuel capacity . The high and wide undercarriage provides exceptional ground clearance for better machine protection and also excellent traction . Additional protection is given to the underbelly of the machine , with thicker steel plates using countersunk bolts to protect them from damage .
Nothing is left to chance with additional protection provided in the form of stronger , 6 mm engine hood and side panels , reinforced fuel and hydraulic tanks and swing ring protection against the ingress of debris .

The specially designed , forestry cab is approved to OSHA , WCB , SAE and ISO standards . It is offered with a 200 mm or 325 mm cab riser , additional emergency exits , 32 mm Lexgard for the front and top windows , gas spring doors and eight LED lights to meet global safety standards . Both front and side-mounted cameras are also fitted and a 300 mm catwalk running along both sides facilitates safe access to both the cab and super structure . The cab offers plenty of space , improved forward and lateral visibility , ergonomic controls .
