REFIX & AUDIT FAILED REPORT
STEP 2 - CLICK
Against the respective failure (refix) required click the “Refix Done” tick box.
Any failed Refix/Audit Report requires action from the Licensed Plumber. After carrying out the corrective action of the relevant refix the plumber must notify the auditor of the completion of the refix.

Select the respective failed COC.
STEP 3 - BROWSE
If required to upload photos of the refix completed, click on the browse button.
