Q&A WITH SUSSEX-BASED

NICK FALK
Classic cars mean different things to different people. For some, they’re simply rattly, old boneshakers
that they wouldn’t be seen dead in; for others, they’re the realisation of a dream and a statement
of individuality. Then there are the hobbyists too; covered in grease and determined every Sunday
morning to make their gem run better than ever before. How many of us have wanted that certain car
growing up? Little memories of being passed on a motorway by the first Golf GTI; envying the MGB
Roadster driver on a summer’s day; the crazy antics of a Ford Mexico driver; the neighbour’s Jaguar all of these cars are very different and appeal to specific emotions, and all of them have always struck
a chord with classic car specialist, Nick Falk. We had a chat with him to dig a little deeper.
