BRANCHING OUT:

the ultimate
treetop experience
At Branching Out Adventures, an incredible world of treetop activity and adventure nestled
deep in the woods of the Bentley Estate in Halland, the aim is to introduce everyone from the
age of six to the thrill of treetop activity and adventure, in a safe professional environment.
With all sorts of things to do from scaling lofty high ropes; trying out low ropes at a more
comfortable three to four metres above the ground; a giant swing; exhilarating zip wires; and a
climbing wall, there really is something for everyone to do come rain or shine.

After a brief induction at the headquarters,
which is only a short walk from the car
park, you are free to choose your first
activity. Where will you start? Face your
fears head on, or ease into the trees with
the low ropes course? Or, just stop by the
giant swing for a heady dose of adrenaline.

“Had a fab time at Branching Out today. Two
of our group were very scared of heights, but
the staff were so supportive and helpful and
nothing was too much trouble, even though
they had to step in and rescue them a few
times! Those of us not scared of heights really
enjoyed the high ropes and the zip wire - we’ll
definitely be back for another go and to try the
giant swing.”

fault it. From fantastic treetop adventures, to
a gigantic swing and superb climbing wall.
Our children were well briefed on safety and
tips, given lots of encouragement from team
members, and, most importantly, the adults

with a group of friends a year after our first
visit, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There were
more activities than before, but what was really
impressive was that the staff were so enthusiastic
and supportive, particularly with the adults who
were slightly more cautious. Often when you
return to a place, the experience does not match
your memories, but this was not the case. I really
enjoyed pushing myself out of my comfort zone
and loved the setting in the woods with all the
bluebells in bloom. Will definitely return as both
children and adults had a great time!”
